Customer Service is a pretty big deal at Keith’s Moving Company. At the end of the day, it’s what we hang our hat on. We think our dedication to customer service is one of the primary reasons we have been one of Buffalo’s most trusted moving companies for 26 years and counting.
When we were reflecting on what customer service means to our company, we realized that it’s a very complicated term. Customer service can mean completely different things to different people. The beauty is, when you take everyone’s thoughts on the subject, you make a more complete picture as to what “customer service” really means. That’s when we decided to start a new segment in our mover’s blog called “Customer Service Is All About…” where we talk to our team and find out what customer service means to them.
So, what is customer service all about, John?
“To me, customer service is all about treating the customer as if they were our neighbor. Since every move is different, I make it a point to listen to exactly what our customers need. Communicating clearly helps ensure the entire moving process goes smoothly and leads to a win-win for both parties.
Treating our customers like they were our neighbors also translates to caring for their belongings. We know that moving someone’s most treasured belongings is a big deal. That’s why I always insist that our team goes out of their way to treat every piece we move as if it were their neighbor’s – with the extra care and attention it deserves.
Treating our customers as if they were our neighbors makes sense to me. As a life-long Buffalonian – I get it. It’s how I would want to be treated, and I extend that same level of care, trust, and respect to every customer – every time.”
