One year into the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s safe to say just about everything has changed. Now, as a vaccine rolls out and life is slowly returning to normal, we are reflecting on what an extraordinary year it’s been.

According to a recent study published by the National Association of Realtors, an estimated 8.9 million Americans have moved during the pandemic. Keith’s Moving Company is proud to have played a small part in that statistic, helping Buffalo families and businesses move – despite the enormous challenges and uncertainty we all faced over the past year.

How did we do it?

It’s simple: we stepped up. Listening to the guidance of our local government officials and following the latest safety and cleaning protocols to deliver an impeccable, white-glove service to every client – every time.

At this point, you may be asking: “Why did people move during this turbulent, uncertain time?”

A portion of people moved as a direct result of the virus. They moved into smaller, more affordable apartments and houses around Buffalo in order to make ends meet in light of government constraints, lockdowns, and regulations.

Others sought refuge from the chaos. Seeking space that a country-lifestyle affords in the Northtowns (Pendleton, Sanborn, and beyond) or Southtowns (Orchard Park, East Aurora, etc.). Many families also found new flexibility in a new remote work lifestyle and took advantage of the opportunity to move. Whatever the circumstance, Keith’s Moving Company was there to give Buffalo a hand when they needed it most.

Of course, many local families moved regardless of COVID, looking to start the next chapter with their family – and we were there for them too.

While many things changed during COVID, our unwavering commitment to help Buffalo families and businesses move affordably, safely, and efficiently did not. As a trusted moving company for over 25 years, Keith’s has proven time and time again that we will be there to give you a hand when you need it most, no matter what.
